How to Clear Faxes in the VOIP Portal

If faxes are not routinely cleared from the fax inbox you may receive an email indicating you are running out of or have run out of storage space in your inbox. These instructions walk you through the process of clearing out old faxes.

How to clear faxes using the e-vergent VOIP Portal

  1. Sign in to the VOIP Portal
  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose messages
  1. Click on the box labeled Fax, then delete the faxes you don’t need.

Once you are viewing the messages, you can delete them by clicking on the red “x” to the right of the message.
